Nothing but beautiful pure essential oils, witch hazel and distilled water. 
Lavender, Cedarwood, Vetiver, Wild Orange, Ylang Ylang and Frankincense.
 
Shake well before use to mix the oils in.
Spray around your bedroom or onto your pillow before you go to bed to help you relax and drift into a peaceful sleep.
 
Not recommended fro children under 16 years of age due to the dilution ratio.
